Starting To Count
The fundamental concept of numbers is Order, i.e. the natural numbers starting from 1 build a sequence like pearls on a string.
Adding Numbers
The basic operation for natural numbers is adding (+) numbers. In the magical sense, this results in mixing the magical properties of both numbers. This corresponds to mixing independent properties.
Multiplying Numbers
The other basic operation for natural numbers is multiplying (*) numbers.
In the magical seance, this results in increasing the magical
properties of those properties which are shared by both multiplicands.
This corresponds to mixing dependent properties.
Thus, multiplying identical numbers is very significant in
magical calculations.
Furthermore, the multiplication of numbers corresponds to
the repetition in spiritual practice.
A very special case is the multiplication by Two. This indicates an
acceleration or an increase of possible choices because the number Two
is the number of movement and change.
Power of Numbers
To raise a natural number to higher power (^)
indicates to raise the magical properties.
In the magical practice mostly exponentiation is used where
the radix and the exponent are the same number.
This, corresponds to the growth function, i.e. the cell growth
by live forms due to cell division. Which is mathematically the
strongest growing function (exponential function).
A special notice should be given to series of numbers like
